My process:
CONSULTATION
The design process starts with an in-home consultation. During that visit I listen carefully to understand your needs and wants, we discuss styles preferences and look at your area to be landscaped. From that initial discussion, I will provide you with a project estimate for a full design package tailored to your individual needs.
SITE INVENTORY & ANALYSIS
Once you have provided your approval to proceed, site assessment can begin. Where available, a detailed inventory of the physical characteristics of the site, along with measurements and photographs will be taken. The information is then used to produce a BASE PLAN which provides the framework for developing a plan to create your new space.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Next, design concepts are explored with respect to the location of patios, decks, planting beds, water features or any other elements you may desire. This design is drawn into a CONCEPT PLAN, which is presented to you, along with any images which help to illustrate the design ideas. This meeting will provide further refinements needed to establish a final plan which will thrill you!
MASTER PLAN
The MASTER PLAN is the final refinement of the conceptual design drawn to include greater detail and accuracy. You will receive a full colour rendering of the final plan with all hardscape and plant material labeled, a complete PLANTING PLAN and a personalized plant catalogue.
